Just For Pets Wolverhampton

Went in to the Bentley Bridge branch with my son and his partner who are getting a rescue puppy this week. Lucy was extremely helpful in helping them to decide what food was best for their new arrival and gave tips on how to settle him in. She also shared her knowledge with me on gastrointestinal food choices for one of my cats and how to make sure the other one was getting all the nutrients he needs. Lucy is an asset to you business 🙂

After trying to obtain a particular Kong toy for my dog I called Just For Pets. Suzanne went out of her way to get what I wanted and kept me updated at all times. Even when it was proving difficult to get what I wanted she persevered and came up with the goods! From the moment I first spoke to her it was so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely wanted to help and go above and beyond to help me. Although this pet shop is out of my way it will now always be my first choice for anything I need.

Amazing experience in the shop. Both myself and my partner purchased a fish tank from another store completely clueless on what we had to do. Both Lucy and Anne-Marie answered all of our questions yesterday, gave there honest opinions, saved us from buying unnecessary items and suggested what to purchase instead rather than wasting money on something we didn’t need. We now feel so much more confident thanks to these two lovely ladies.

Nice variety of products and decent prices, staff are all lovely, polite and really helpful.
Its a shame to see them struggling in the heat though, definatley need some air con for them.

The shop stinks, the smell is unbearable, I had to leave before I had a look around. The smell just hits you at the door. They need to invest in some air con. I don’t know how the staff work in such conditions!

Very pleased with the staff that took care of us and our dog. They were helpful and showed us different products that would suit Rosie (the dog).

Recently started shopping here for my snake's frozen rats and accessories for his tank. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly but there is a few that could do with working on their customer service skills. I also wish there was more variety in substrates for Ball Pythons - I could only find a 10L bag of barkchips so had to buy 2 as 10L isn't enough for my 4ft vivarium. The rest of the substrates were either sand for lizards (which I would argue shouldn't be sold because of risk of impaction), bioactive substrates and a wood shaving style bedding, which isn't suitable for Ball Pythons as they need high humidity. More variety for Ball Python substrates would be lovely but all in all, I enjoy coming to this store. :) my boy particularly likes the big pieces of bark wood they sell, makes a great tunnel and additional hiding place.

Most of the staff here are very friendly and helpful but there are a few who could do with cracking a smile. I come in here every single week and have done for the past year or two. As part of an animal welfare group, I often get some supplies from here for the local rescues as well, so do expect all staff to be as helpful and as friendly as others as just think it's common courtesy, good customer service and just good manners. It's happened a few times lately. I have a lot of knowledge with animals, but there are going to be times when I'm looking for something specific as one of the rescues may need something specific which I cant find or reach, or I've been searching about for a bit and struggling to stand as am partially disabled, so thank you to those who have taken the time to help, just wish some of the other staff were as approachable/friendly. I have little patience for people like that so actually puts me off coming in
