Late delivery by over 2 weeks, after website states no longer than 3 days, and they were very unhelpful when it came to resolving the issue.
They originally told me it would only be an extra week, but every few days they kept pushing it back further and further.

Great selection of products, very reasonably priced, always arrive on time and in good order. What more can you ask for ?

The wet foods are stale. I’ve found bugs in my packaging! Staff are speak to you disgusting! Never going there again! AVOID!!!

I have recently received my first time order. I fed my dogs the roasted beef pieces and unfortunately both of my dogs also developed diarrhea.
And then I gave it to my friend who recommended this brand to me. They knew that my dogs had diarrhea but they wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately their dog also developed diarrhea.

After that, I tried to contact their customer service as this batch was obviously had quality issue.

They supposed to have an instant online chat service but it wasn’t able to reach anyone. I contacted them few times during the office hours but it always replied as offline and will be back in a few hours which no one ever returned to me.
I have also sent them an email which I never heard back from them as well. I have been waiting for 5 working days before I write my review here. Plus the review I wrote on their website wasn’t even showed so I assumed they have selected which review to post on their website.

I have other treats wanted to return but it seems that return is not a option for this company. I would not recommend their treats.

(Found out later their reply email actually went to spam mail. They have also issued a refund)

Great place to get all our treats from. Great variety; My dog's favourites are beef tripe and chicken feet.
Also a great choice of quality, high protein training treats which I use with my agility training.
Highly recommend it, I will definitely return for some more.

Fantastic. One of my dogs has a sensitive tummy and another is fussy so finding treats can be hard. I've been using these guys for a while but today unfortunately had a slight issue with delivery (parcel was placed in a safe place we don't usually use). I was ready for a fight as you have to occasionally but nope. Bam super fast reply then a photo of where my parcel had been left. All within an hour. Fantastic customer service.
