The Staff are always friendly and very helpful, and the store have lots and lots of things for your dog from dog bowls to toys to food.

Went in to buy a litter tray for my cat, all of the tray section (apart from one triangular tray) were marked as £14.50. When we got to the till it was coming up £25 however the manager refused to adjust the price, saying that the trays had been placed on the wrong shelf. However, all of the trays were labelled this on the shelf - so it was clearly their fault. Will not be returning to the store as the manager was very rude. The young girl on the till was extremely polite and helpful.

Always enjoy a visit to this branch, well stocked good choice of items. Friendly staff.
Parking can be a problem sometimes due to the coffee shop next door. So when I visit I leave my car near homebase and walk. Saves getting stuck or a damaged car.

Love this place everything about pets,from food,shampoos , toys beds, treatments to santa outfits lol, Staff are very helpfull ready to answer any queries freindly and polite which is every thing in thease days, would give 10 star if possible

Staff are always friendly here. Decent stock levels for a smaller store than they usually are.

There was a lot of empty shelves, they didn't have 3 of the main items I wanted/ needed including the puppy food my pup eats. I can't swap him to a new one so need to find an alternative shop :(

Great store, with lovely helpful staff, clean and tidy shop, The Only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because of the carparking is a nightmare,

Different answers from different pet shops about keeping cold water fish. A week later I have 2 out of 6 left I bought I pets at home!
