There's plenty of products for a good range of pets . Although make sure you're charged properly I picked up 3 items on offer to which I was wrongly charged unfortunately I didn't check the receipt until I was nearly home ! I called the next day on route to somewhere else to which rectifying the problem was traumatic to say the least especially for the member of staff who did her very best to sort it out. It may have been easier to void the whole transaction and start again. I did get some more of the same products to which on my receipt still appeared to overcharge me but after half an hour trying to sort things out I'd almost lost the will to live . I'll write the prices down on a piece of paper myself and add up as I pick my items on any future visits . Other than that the store is brilliant for all your pet needs and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Nice people but nobody seems to know what they are doing.
I ordered my my cats prescription food to be delivered to the store, I waited a wk so I rang to be told it had been there from 4days before, so I went to collect it to be told it wasn't there, I asked her to look again to which she came out with a big box and said oh sorry it dosnt have a name on it, but my name was all over the box, I complained by email to be completely fobbed off.

Most times it's ran out of my dog food
They don't look after living things properly
I don't like going there but it's the only place

Wanted a new dog basket some places charging silly prices at least pets at home had a decent one at a good price

Clean spacious store with plenty of choice in product for most types of pets. Staff are friendly and helpful, have good knowledge of products and what's good for different types of pets if your not sure on something.
Usually have all items however, as like all retail places, dependent upon lorry drivers arriving so may om rare occasion find an item temporarily out of stock, so replace before you run out I'd say to be safe. I've not been disappointed yet though as always had what I needed.
