They spent alot of time helping me track products down in p@h stores miles from them, searching out the best deal for me!

If you want true transparency, honesty and help you NEED to go to this store, I will definitely go out of my way to pop in when I can rather than go online now!

Love this place! A wide variety of great products, offering good quality and value that is supported and matched by the service and knowledge of the staff! In fact, it is the staff that make this such a great place to come and browse. They are all friendly, kind and welcoming, not only to our pets but to us humans too!

Awful service. Every time you go to purchase anything you are required to have your grand parents standing in a bucket of water holding an umbrella. Absolute nonsense, don’t sell flee powder , don’t sell gold fish , worming tablets. Was also had to endure someone shouting at a customer ‘what size is your dog’

Went to purchase some flea/lice/tick treatment for my jack Russell
Store associate rude and said this is only to be sold if you pay by subscription
I refused and purchased same item a lot cheaper at B&M

Plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible,friendly staff and you can bring your pets in.Staff are amazingly helpful.There is lots of choice and prices aren't too bad

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, friendly. Overall, a good shopping experience where staff are eager to share their knowledge of animals and take time to discuss any issue your little fur baby may have.

So very impressed with this shop. Stopped off here to get a couple of items for our dog and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They tried different sizes of things on him to get him the right size plus were polite and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.
