Pets Corner

Went to Pets Corner Cardiff today with our dog Odie and what a fantastic place! The staff were lovely (especially Katie who is pictured) and our rescued Anatolian Shepherd felt very comfortable to be able to shop for his own treats and Katie made us feel very relaxed where we didn't have to worry if any other dogs did enter the store.

The store is well stocked with a fantastic range of treats, toys, food and soooo much more and not just for dogs but for all animals!

We will 100% be going back and may even make a monthly visit if we can.

Pets corner is great. They only sell high quality food/items and can advise on the best food for your individual pet. Every member of staff we have come across are so knowledgable and Beti our poochon always has a great welcome. Thanks Pets Corner!

I went in to look around, saw Scott and asked a question regarding feeding my dog and his behaviour. The service, information and help I received from Scott was amazing, he listened to me, was knowledgeable and gave me advice explaining things clearly... he knows his stuff, will definitely pick his brains again!
I bought a few things, including a new food for my dog to try and a very strong chew toy. The shop is well stocked with so much choice, it was clean, tidy and welcoming, it is definitely my new choice of where to shop for my boy :))) Thank you.

Visited the store this week with our 5 month old Golden retriever. Great experience all round. Scott is an asset to the company. He is friendly professional, has a wealth of knowledge and gave some great advice and tips. We loved the huge variety of natural and healthy pet products they have to offer. Just fab!

We have visited this store a few times now and have found the staff, especially Charlotte and Scott, extremely helpful and informative. As we are new to the puppy world, the advice given has been invaluable. Great opportunity to view products before purchasing. Highly recommend a visit.

First time I've visited today and honestly it's an absolutely fantastic store, staff and range of products. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We'll definitely be returning for our pampered pup 🐶 huge thank you to Scott for the help with choosing his food too.

Popped in today to get a harness for my six month old pup. Scott, the manager, couldn't have been more helpful. He assisted us in choosing an appropriate fit and took the time to talk to me about my pet's allergies offering me loads of advice and recommendations for food and treats. It's very clear he cares about his customers and their pets and I was so impressed. Fantastic, friendly customer service which really does make a difference.I will definitely be coming back regularly.

We came in hoping to get some guidance on some new food that would work best for our dogs and Charlotte was more than helpful and talked us through everything and all the choices we had and what may be causing some issues with existing food we were trying. We ended up trying some new food she suggested and it was worked wonders for our dogs and we won’t be looking back. Everyone in the store is super welcoming and there’s a great range of options to choose from for your pet. Highly recommend 😊
