I have visited this store many times for aquarium supplies and pet supplies . From the minute you walk through the door am greeted with smiles and staff asking if we want help with anything.
We have recently adopted a new rescue puppy .we were welcomed at the tills by a young female employee called SOPHIE. She guided us through the app on my phone and the offers available for puppy care . She was genuinely interested in giving us so much information about what was available to us as new puppy owners .
Wow SOPHIE you are a sincere , wonderful person who has a love for dogs and making sure we were fully aware how the VIP app would help us . We were touched and overwhelmed by this wonderful lady . Thank you SOPHIE and thank u PETS AT HOME

It's helpful having the vets and somewhere to purchase products for your furry friends. Personally I have found the staff to be really helpful, knowledgeable and really friendly. Everyone seems to be ready with a smile...how lovely.

Popped in to buy some fish for our new tank. They tested our water and we bought 4 fish.

My dog was booked into the vets as we thought she might have to be put down as she was struggling to walk, we get upstairs and the high vet (German woman) dragged my dog to the weighing scales which made her collapse and made her leg 10x worse (I thought she had broken it) my dog was in so much pain and I had to watch this woman drag her into the room that I wasn’t aloud in to be injected with pain relief (which she had caused my dog to collapse and hurt her leg even more) and then had the cheek to say to my auntie she doesn’t care about our situation that she only cared about my dog yet she was dragged into the room and caused more pain for my poor dog. Will never be coming back! Will be using maes glas in brackla.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS TO THE GERMAN VET HERE!!!!!

The pets in the shop have plenty of space and all clean. We brought 2 guineapigs and the young lady that served us was polite very helpful and informative . Even helped carry the cage etc to the car . No complaints at all

Went to get rw on for my dog. Lovely place, plenty of staff on hand if you need them. Ery knowledgeable and helpul too.
