I always have shopped in this place over decades this family business for any number of pets ,so friendly and such fare prices .Even though I am leaving outside of Gloucester I always shop here .

What a fabulous shop and customer service. We were running late and they very kindly stayed open for us, so my daughter could come and choose the hamster she was excited to get for her birthday. Lovely little shop, very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We had 15 minute for my daughter to get her hamster,the women in the shop was helpful, she let my daughter touch them to see which hamster was best for her,
The one she came home with is so nice and friendly
