The best pet shop around Kent it may not be the cheapest but the quality is fantastic and they sell all kinds of pets to which whilst in there care they are well looked after and they are inkeeping with legislation regarding there animals and if you have any questions or queries they will gladly help you and answer any questions you have top marks girls.

Great pet shop. It is a small shop so not much room to manoeuvre, especially if you have a wheelchair or buggy. But staff are very friendly and happy to help you. They have good knowledge of the animals and you can tell that their animals are well looked after. They sell pet food for dogs, cats, birds, small animals and some reptiles, along with toys, bedding accessories and some cages. At the back of the shop they usually have birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and fish for sale along with some reptiles such as corn snakes and bearded dragons. For a small shop it does have quite a wide variety.

I would like to thank the lady for helping me regarding my fish pond. She was so helpful yesterday & today, she took time to talk about things for my fish etc. I ordered a bag a gravel/bag compost & it is going to be delivered to me on Saturday for a £1.00. SO THANK YIU DO MUCH

They have a nice variety of animals with amazing care but unfortunately they don’t have much experience in crested geckos, I bought a crested gecko from there with my dad for the first time without knowing I was misinformed. I only figured out at Lost World Reptiles, where they gave our crested gecko the right things and now he’s thriving.

Fantastic little shop caters for all different animals, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Super super helpful and soooooo friendly it was me n my partners first time getting budgies and the staff were so kind and so helpful! They made sure we had everything we would need and gave us so many different options of cages and feed we couldn't have asked for a better service or help!! Definitely 100% would recommend getting pets from here as they all seem so well looked after and Definitely cared for!! 100% will be going back for any bird essentials that we will need. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Excellent shop with very knowledgeable staff and above all extremely helpful and don’t try selling you more expensive products when lesser priced ones ( of good quality) will do the same thing !
