Just visited the new and improved Goring branch and it is AMAZING, have everything you need in there to cater for all your pets needs plusses a dog bakery! Everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable! Couldn't recommend enough! 👍🏻

Visited today after hearing about the extensive renovation and wow the new shop is brilliant! Great increase in ranges of both treats and toys (Our dogs loved the treats from the Bakery section) We even managed to find some toys on sale so there's definitely great value to be had. Staff are friendly polite and knowledgeable and the Store manager Evie was brilliant, helping us as necessary! Definitely worth a visit.

What a find! Rob and everyone who works at Browns have been incredibly helpful and informative on all aspects of dog feeding and have given me some great advice. The store is packed with high quality natural treats and food and has a good supply of harnesses and leads. A one stop shop for your pup, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We sceptically visited the goring store after a decision to move our dog onto raw food. We have researched everything but still were uncertain on how or what we needed to do!

As soon as we walked in we were put at ease with friendly staff and a calm atmosphere. Josh helped us and gave us all of the information we needed to make the best decision for our French Bulldog.

We left the goring store feeling reassured and had all the tips we needed to give our dog the best diet. We are so excited to start the raw feeding journey and would like to say a special thank you to Josh for his help today!

Very well stocked , lots of fresh food ,prices ok, become a member, to save some money, I use it every 2 weeks, the only food my dog will eat, he's a fusy eat, recommended,

Always a great service from Browns, we get a delivery of Natural Instincts complete raw food from them for our dog & even though the main road was closed they managed to get our delivery to us. The shops have an amazing range of products & the staff are super knowledgeable.

Visited recently after previously only visiting the Ferring store, which I've rated very highly. However, I did not find the staff here at all welcoming or friendly, not in comparison to the Ferring staff, who have always been so nice on every visit. I'd heard them ask the man in front of me if he was part of their loyalty scheme but they failed to ask me, I had to prompt them - I wasn't buying much but still. I think I'll just stick to the Ferring store in future.
