Gables Boarding Kennels & Cattery

I took my two dogs into the dog boarding for 4days on a recommendation - paid a deposit in October 19 for a booking in December however was only told on collection the prices had gone up so paid an additional sum - I should have been advised that fees would change given the fact I had asked about the fees for the room that I chose for the dogs as it was our first time dropping them off. The dogs were also wet all over when I collected them, the caged area in the room they were in was wet so I don’t know if they were just laying in there own urine the bedding the the caged area was also wet. Very disappointed.

Really nice Kennels, looked after our dog for a week and she came back happy and tired. Which means she was well exercised and as a energetic dog that is an ask.
Staff polite when you arrive, just ring the bell and wait.

We have known the family that own Gables Farm kennels and grooming parlour for many years. Our dogs have boarded there and when living locally were only ever groomed there, we would never have trusted them to any other family & business.We have always been the recipients of kind, thoughtful, professional, caring staff and even though we no longer live locally (now in Maidstone) we would never go anywhere else if we needed kennel care for our dogs. Just dropped my dogs off, but confident they are in safe hands. All the kennels was clean and lots of land. Thing I liked about these kennels is they let you take the dog to the kennel. Others I've used didn't allow this witch makes me think they have something to hide. Very friendly staff and really helped get me out of a jam. This will be my new go to kennels. Worth the drive.

Picked up my friends dog. Was upset seeing dogs in the blasting heat with no shade. Towels thrown over kennels in the middle of the field which was doing nothing for them. Expected to see multiple bowls of cold water but didn't. Can even owners to pack more to save cost. Nice space but not catering for this heat. Atleast get large bedsheets for the kennels to be covered? Will be in for a shock when owners start to sue.

for looking after my baby Bailey. I was so anxious about leaving him, I phoned a fee times and Beth put my mind at rest. I picked him up and was happy as can be. I can’t recommend them enough

My 19 year old cat has given up cleaning herself, we've not been able to keep up with the amount of fur shedding so brought her here. They've done a fantastic job. She's literally half the car she was before the visit.

Very nice people are lovely animals all look well looked after such a lovely environment for them
