For a start, the prices are awesome & a large variety of animals & equipment. They've got a very amusing parrot, Rolie, who is worth coming in to look at, even if you're just passing by. We were looking for a new pet bird & needed some advice, which was offered very thoughtfully & generously by the lady working there. We took up a lot of her time, but left very confidently & I will definitely use this shop in the future to add to our family!

Most wonderful shop and staff.. they have genuine love and care for animals and that shines through. Always on hand to give advice and helping hand especially when I’m a new puppy owner and things can get overwhelming at times . Definitely my favourite go to place 🐶 ♥️ Thank you

Nice, friendly staff. I am able to purchase cat food from here which I would otherwise have to buy online in bulk which has a crazy delivery charge.

visited the shop very frequently before moving away to pick bits and bobs up for my cat, the staff have always been lovely especially a staff member called Abi if my memory serves me well, would recommend to anyone in the area!

Brilliant staff, very welcoming and helpful. It's really a heaven for any pet. Great stock and knowledge. I take my dog here to get her treats and toys and they're always so lovely to Lillie, always giving her attention and treats.

Great prices for hay and good range available. Lots of nice treats for rabbits, and friendly staff. A great option close to me as not a lot of shops sell hay and great if you want to shop local and not use large corporations. I always pick up a packet of Whiskas temptations on special offer too for my cat.
