lovely little shop, very helpful staff who are always happy to give advice and input, went in and bought a couple of crustaceans and had all the support in the process you could ask for, incredibly fair prices and a large library of stock means their is no reason not to shop here. would recommend to anyone.

Come here to purchase my reptile food. Really friendly staff. Easy to get to. Can park at M and S for a small fee or walk if you're local.

Not happy enquired about a baby Bosc monitor and went through my set up details re my viv was told it was suitable for now but needed to upgrade to a bigger viv as soon as possible which I was planning to do the lady I spoke to said that’s fine paid a 50.00 deposit and was ordered for me couple of hours later had a phone call we’re they cancellation the order and back tracked on. Everything they said have to travel for miles to get deposit refunded as won’t do over the phone

A great store with lovely staff who are knowledgeable and really friendly. The animals are kept in excellent condition and the stock is fairly priced.

Great little shop. The young lady with the pink hair who served me was really helpful. I asked a question about a product; the back of the bottle couldn't answer it so she got online on her phone to sort it out! It's nice to see someone go that little step further; she genuinely cared for the welfare of our pets!

Brilliant. Not only the one place I know of to get hold of the Red Eye Tree Frog but also the kit to go with, along with the advice. I had asked a few other places and they had nothing. Also clearly care about all their animals. Great little pet shop 😊x
