We like Dog Food Dave's. We always have questions about our dogs and the guys there are helpful and knowledgable but don't push anything at you.

Amazing Service, always smiling. I order my specialist dog food via Facebook messenger (at some strange times of the day so I dont forget🙈, so many apologies for this!!) but always put on the next order and advised when it will be in stock for us to collect. Amazing service and the wheels kept turning faultlessly during the covid lock down. Highly recommended !!

WELL ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO I ORDERED 6 BAGS OF WOOD BASED CAT LITTER, WHEN IT TURNED UP THERE WAS A BAG MISSING, SO I PHONED THEM , THE PERSON WAS QUITE ARROGANT AND CONDESCENDING, HE SAID HE WOULD DELIVER THE FOLLOWING WEEK , BUT DIDNT , SO I PHONED , THEM, THE PERSON SAID TO RING EARLY THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY , WHICH I DID , THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS NOT A PLEASANT PERSON, I ASKED HIM IF I WAS ON THE LIST FOR THIS TUESDAY, HE SAID HE DIDNT KNOW , AND TUESDAY WAS A LONG DAY , SO I TOLD HIM I DIDNT NEED ANY LIHIM ,SO HE AGREED TO RING HIS BOSS, AND THEN HE ASKED ME IF I D RUN OUT , BUT THE BAG SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN 3 WEEKS , REGARDLESS OFF WETHER I HAD RUN OUT ,....NEEDLESS TO SAY , I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!

Went in to have a chat about raw food (as was recommended by several people), very helpful, took time to talk about options, pros and cons and overall an excellent service. Lots of stock selection and (most important) a huge choice of treats!! 😁

Huge offering of pet and animal supplies at reasonable prices. Many items available in bulk and larger sizes, ideal for our smallholding supplies.
