We called in first thing on a Friday morning having had an engine management light come on while overnight travelling. Despite having no appointment and being on a road trip, the staff wasted no time analysing the fault and helping us prepare an action plan to carry out the repairs, fitting in with our trip. The staff exemplified what is meant by customer service, they were friendly and courteous, and above all, extremely helpful.

I had some issues with my 308 and contacted Marshall.
Anne Found was super helpful and dealt with my request straight away.
My car is playing up again and contacted Anne but she informed me that she's taken a new role and forwarded my email. I will definitely go back to Marshall to have my car repaired.

I would never usually do this but to support anyone else thinking about buying a new car, think twice before going to Marshalls Peugeot in Ashford. I purchased my car in March and was told it would be delivered in May, then June, then July 3rd, then July 17th then despite being given at least 8 dates for its delivery it's still sat (allegedly) in Sheppey with no confirmed delivery date just more being fobbed off. I've chased and chased, called and been patient and still no answers. I've asked for my deposit back, which they've said they can't confirm I can have and they've literally got me over a barrel. It's been ridiculously stressful and they still don't have any answers for me. The communication from them is shocking and even head office claims they can't help. Honestly not worth the hassle.

Shocking service. Booked a vip appointment, got a text confirming it was booked with X then got three emails saying it was booked with Y. Turn up to be told that neither X or Y were there but the new sales person who has been there two days would help?? Poor guy not training, must refer to manager, meanwhile experienced sales m’en upstairs looking down and laughing. Since Jordan has left this is appalling service. Will not return and not buy another Peugeot. I will go where someone wants my custom.

I have just purchased a new car at this car sales place. Staff are so friendly and polite. Greeted as you walk in by a helpful woman at the desk with a smile and good morning too. Place is spotless for cleanliness. Offered different drinks which was nice. Felt like there was nothing that they will not do for the customer. Jordan who sold me the car was smart in his apperance and explained everything to me and made sure I was happy with my decision. I would highly recommended this car showroom for Peugeot anytime. I will be going back here next time again

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new car after his was written off. The website was super easy to use and when we found the car we wanted to test drive, Jordan was really helpful & provided loads of info to help with financial calculations etc.
Ended up booking into 2 test drives and once we were set on the car the process was super smooth & so quick! All in all took about a week & a half until we collected the car. It’s perfect for us & couldn’t be happier, thank you!
