Last week I bought a vehicle from Palmers Peugeot, Watford, and it's awesome. Not just the car but the kind of hospitality, guidance, and taking time to call back and posting updates. I would recommend them!

Dilan (Dilan Taylor) is so helpful in all aspects and helped me choose the best car with high spec and at a very good price.
As I was very peculiar about the white color car and SUV 7 seater and he patiently waited for that and informed me promptly as soon as one is available. He is honest and given me the best possible price. And also he got the best deal for the part exchange of my erstwhile car. He told me that he will give a follow up call to check if I have any issues and he did make the call to check. A real CUSTOMER SERVICE. All the best.

Excellent customer service and knowledge from Damian. He made the process really simple and easy to understand. He explained every step of the way as we exhanged our car for a newer, bigger model. After finding the car on Autotrader and expressed my interest in a car Dilan called me straight away and suggested I came to visit asap. He was very polite and helpful detailing about the car and different features as well as offering me additional extras. He kept me informed of the progress when I purchased the car and phoned me often to keep me updated. He was always friendly and welcoming. Fantastic sales experience at Palmers recently when purchasing my new vehicle. Needed something that was suitable for work, family use, and also ULEZ compliance, and Damien was really consultative, took time to understand my requirements, and came up with the right car for me.
