Amazing service by Tony Symonds and the service team and very happy with the purchase of my new used car. Would recommend this dealership to others. Other family members have since purchased from here too.

I have bought 2 cars from Peugeot Bulkington in the last 6 months and kept them both! The young sales guy Alex sold me a brand new 208 without expecting to! He is really lovely, polite and helpful without any pressure to buy. He kept me informed by email and phone every step of the way through the purchase and followed up regularly with me after i took the car home.
The after sales service is also excellent here if you have any questions or problems.
After experiencing problems with other car dealers in the past, i dont think ill ever buy a car from anywhere else. Great team!!

I purchased a 21 plate Peugeot Partner Van from here. Very disappointed with the service level.
1. Vehicle was not valeted to a good standard. Had dirt around the pedals, tyres were not blacked and wheel arches dirty. All this was highlighted prior to sale and was disappointed that the sales rep Alex did not take note of this. It was a Saturday afternoon so we had to head back to Leeds. Please note, I had purchased the vehicle two days prior. So they had time to rectify.
2. At handover, I was asked to review the dealership and I felt under pressure with the sales rep directly over me. I asked that I’d like to complete after the Keys and Van were handed and allowed privacy to complete. The representative couldn’t seem to understand why and I had to explain that I needed space to freely write and with you being over and asking me to complete it in front of him was not appropriate. Correction, it felt like telling to complete form.
3. I specifically asked if their was sufficient Adblue and asked the representative to check it who said upon checking that their is plenty to make a 100 mile journey back. Only to find after 20 miles the Adblue light started flashing.
4. When the vehicle was paid out, 24hrs prior to collection, I Emailed the dealership requesting an Receipt of payment by Email, no email or acknowledgment was made.

Pretty poor experience really and I would have expected the standards of service could have been better. Someone needed to take ownership to ensure basic dealership sale standards are met. After all, it wasn’t a small business trader this 21 plate van was purchased from. It was a established Peugeot dealer.

Top garage. Cant fault. Purchased 2nd hand car from here about a month ago. The service was very professional. I was served by a very smart & enthusiastic assistant, Alex who clearly loved his job & was very keen and confident. Anything he didnt know the answer to or was remotely unsure of he seeked advice immediately. The process was very swift and easy. Ive had the odd courtessey call to ensure everything is going well with the car. Not too frequently, but not a one off either. I've had very very few querries, only the odd question about warranties etc all answered very promptly. I'm very pleased with my Pug. I look forward to recommending them to many others & dealing with them all again.

Collected a 21 plate Peugeot partner van from here. Van was in an extremely poor condition and was pretty much mucky from inside. Wheels were all dirty from outside and the van wasn’t even washed from the outside.

Asked the sales rep Alex before setting off if the adblue was sufficient for a 100 mile journey back to Leeds and he confidently said yes. 20 miles into the journey the adblue light came on and was empty which was distressing.

This is by far the best Peugeot dealer to go to. Nothing is too much trouble at all. They really look after you. I'm really pleased with my purchase. The service Jake Wilson & Andy Gray provide is exceptional(ask for them). They Always offer a warm welcome and refreshments. World class Peugeot dealer.

I bought a Peugeot 3008 GT- Premium last November. I am very please with the car. The sale person, Alex, took care of all my queries and the Manager, Andy, was very straight forward and open with all the finance options. I ended up using my own finance company, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended !!!

Great service, honest and customer focussed sales team. Helped us find the right car for our family, didn't feel like we were at the end of a 'sales pitch' at any time. Totally recommend the team there, thanks Andy and Alex, absolute stars!
