I’m not one to moan but Jesus the last 6 months have been comical . Missing prescriptions, missing medications , continuous mistakes, Rude certain Staff , a phone number no one answers , waiting in for non existent deliveries, continuous lies and updates , long queues . I’m glad to say enough is enough and we are now changing our chemist .suggest you do the same. I’m not happy I have to give it one star dosnt even deserve that

I have been having my repeat prescription for years. Usually great service but last 6 months I have wasted so many journeys driving after work to collect this to find it closed. All website and Google states open until 10pm. I can count at least 6 occasions where this has happened and getting fed up now.

Despite some bad reviews below, I have been using them for regular medications for several years, never had a problem, except that they are SLOW in locating meds. Their system for finding items seems incredibly poor, compared to me having worked in factory stores before. The staff have always been polite & as helpful as they can, they do take trainees who take time to get to grips with their system, but, hey ho, I was a leaner driver once.

I had cause to call this pharmacy today as I had accidentally run out of a repeat prescription drug. After speaking to them and discovering that they did not have any, they very kindly enquired of their sister Pharmacy, the regent pharmacy in Northampton and told me that they had some there.
Owing to massive problems with the 111 service (Who are now the subject of an official complaint), they and regent pharmacy helped me to get the drug despite the best efforts of the 11 service. Their efforts meant that I now have the required drug for which I am extremely grateful.
I should point out also that neither of them are my normal pharmacy which I think only shows how they put themselves out to help me despite that. I would give them 10 out of 5 stars.

Excellent pharmacy but opening times need reviewing as it is never open early and I have had a few wasted journeys

The worst chemist the worst service I have ever come across the way they leave oaps and children waiting is actually discusting this place is absoloutley under awful management and lazy unambitious people who don't care about their customers patients or the vulnerable and everyone physically deserves to be fired

Absolutely no stars!, yesterday Afternoon I was given an emergency end of life prescription of drugs which were sent to Jhoots as they are apparently a designated palliative drug holder and are open till 10pm and would have stock. I went to collect at 7pm and not open. That night my uncle had no pain relief until 2am when an emergency Doctor had to administer the drugs because the rapid response team from marie curie couldn't do it because we didn't have the drugs. The pain and distress caused by this unprofessional waste of space in our community needs to go! I hate to think from looking at the reviews what other families have been through and the pain my uncle had to endure in his final day because of unprofessional incompetence. I have made my MP aware and have told every agency going so a full complaint can be made. Nothing on website and never pick up the phone they need shutting down!

Used to be a really good pharmacy but has gone massively downhill in the last year. So slow now it is untrue, no staff that know what they're doing. My last two prescriptions have been days late and incomplete. I don't need to buy anything but the shelves are empty now. I won't be going there again which is a shame as it's the nearest to me.
