2nd time in a row I received a faulty Libre 2 Sensor that should work 14 days and didn't last even 6 and the customer service is sending me back to the manufacturer with my complaint.

Since when the client must contact manufacturer when making a purchase in the store/pharmacy?
If you buy Nike shoes and they are faulty you contact Nike headquarters or just go to the shop and it's the store who deals with the faulty items. Not the client on his own.
Either the whole part of sensors is faulty or there is another issue with them but they both died after 5-6 days.
This is against my statutory rights as I'm not trying to send back unwanted item, I'm trying to get money back for faulty item and this is absolutely unbelievable that I have to contact Libre manufacturer to get a sensor that works properly.

Today we changed the insuline for other type as previous tdidnt work. Sensor should work for another 8 days, it just died leaving me without any data about new insuline.

Very happy to have found Clear Chemist. Very understanding and supportive with prescriptions. My prescription was refused by another pharmacy, which meant I couldn't stay on top of my medication. Contacted Clear Chemist who did everything they could to help me. Can't thank you enough :)

Ordered libre link as need to monitor glucose continuously. Paid for next day delivery and it took longer to arrive then the sensor they sent was broken and didn’t work. Totally awful experience.

Prevented my order as billing and shipping address were different. When they processed the order they didn't sidpatch it until 6 days later

Paid extra for DPD - Express Delivery on 22 Dec 2022, 07:36:13.
Still waiting for the email to say it has even been shipped.
28/12/22 Had to get a refund from PayPal as they didnt even bother to answer my emails .

AVOID !!!!!

10 days ago, paid £360 for a prescription, and best part of a tenner for next day delivery, where is our prescription ????? Still waiting 😡
