Staff have been amazing during these difficult times, nothing is too much trouble. All of the staff have been serving customers very safely and politely at the door. Well done all of you.

I use this pharmacy regularly and have always found the staff to be kind, patient and very helpful. They have worked so hard during the lockdown ensuring everyone’s safety whilst still providing an excellent service and always with a smile.

My prescription is never ready when Its should of been done days before and I've have a few time they just hand it back to me and say we can't sort it and if your desperate which i will be as its days late to go to rothley one for them to sort it, which in fairness they do, so I am asking the doctors to move my perceptions to rothley it may be further but at least it gets sorted there.

Sorted husbands prescription out immediately whilst I was on the phone, lady who I spoke to very professional and helpful. A big thank you

I have found this pharmacy to be the best in the vicinity for service and ease of collection. Usually, if there is an issue it is with the doctor's surgery end of the prescription but these staff here sort it. They ring me when my bread comes in too. We are happy with these people who are very pleasant and approachable.
