they have yet to fulfill my prescription first time...always having to go back.

My prescriptions have been managed by this pharmacy for several years. The staff have always been friendly, supportive and knowledgeable.

I ran out of tablets just at the bank holiday and the pharmacy assisted splendidly. Thank you.

Considering the size of this place and how small it is compared to other local pharmacies, it is a VERY efficient pharmacy.

Staff are very polite and always make sure no matter how busy they are they don't make you wait too long.

A lot of other places with twice the size in both building and staff could learn a lot.

I believe opening times to be wrong, currently outside where the pharmacy is, and all the gates are shut so no access on a saturday morning!

Staff were so rude and unhelpful. When I asked them if I could go and get my prescription from somewhere else she said I could went to the other pharmacy to get my prescription they said that sage cross street had not released it back on to the system so they couldn’t give it to me. They do not answer the phone so I had to rush back there with minutes to spare before closing and she didn’t even apologise for her mistake. Customer service skills are shocking.

A pharmacy to be avoided unless it's your nominated pharmacy. Staff helpful enough but I guess it struggles due to the volume of prescriptions processed due to being attached to the Latham House medical centre. Usually large queues and a long wait to be served and repeat prescriptions were quoted at 7 - 10 days last time I went in to pick one up that wasn't yet ready. This does seem to be a general issue with pharmacies in the area though.
