Drayton Community Pharmacy

This is a brilliant pharmacy, which since its had its refurb is even better if that's possible! The staff are really friendly and helpful and the opening hours are extremely handy....they're basically open when you need them to be! They have pretty much everything you need in stock and I tell ya they could teach a few other pharmacies a thing or two about customer service especially when said customer is feeling rough! I'd highly recommend them, as would many other people on here it would seem 🙂

They started out giving an excellent service. Now, you get partial order deliveries. An email request for meds went straight in the completed bin. I last ordered via the surgery direct and 5 days after it was sent to the pharmacy I'm still waiting for delivery. It appears they can no longer cope with demand.

The staff and the service at the pharmacy are just brilliant.nothing is too much trouble for them. I have my medications delivered and my requests always arrive on the same day. They are just so friendly. Thank you

I needed treatment from the pharmacy after Amazon same day delivery didn’t turn up - I looked on the NHS website to see if any pharmacies were open and was told Drayton was open until 23:00 on Sunday. I tried calling the pharmacy first but there was no answer so I drove there to get what I needed - when I arrived, it was closed with the shutters down. A waste of petrol and a waste of time. Please update your opening hours so this doesn’t happen to somebody else.

I have called the pharmacy for my prescription and they said they have it and they are open till 11 pm , I said okay I will go and pick up the antibiotics as its really important and urgent just to arrive to them being closed 15 minutes prior .

After our own surgery messed up my wife's prescription and were less than helpful in resolving it, we were forced to go to 111 for an emergency prescription, again they were pretty woeful too. Thankfully the gent at this pharmacy was extremely polite, accommodating and helpful in getting us sorted through this rather taxing process.

I have used several times for otc P meds and I have found the shop to be well stocked with items I struggle to find in main stream pharmacy chains . My parents have used for veterinary prescriptions and the service was excellent and pricing extremely competitive. Opening hours and days are a massive plus. I have not used for my own prescriptions as I am not local enough so I cannot comment on this aspect of service. The shop itself looks great after a refresh/refit. Parking available on the road outside.

The girls on the counter are awesome and really helpful but the manager whose name is Abass is rude and unhelpful and he also treats his staff with disrespect and rudeness.
The pharmacy is a well respected one but he will ruin it with his language and behaviour to his staff and some customers and will be unable to keep his staff if he continues in this way
