Boots Pharmacy

since being taken over by new management I have found this store to be much more reliable and friendly, they are very welcoming and deal with their customers needs in a very efficient manner, I always use this store to get my prescriptions fulfilled and I have a very large order every month , they are always ready on time, and I do not have to wait for them. They are absolutely brilliant without my my medication I cannot function, and I am very very happy with the service I now receive. The staff are always friendly and polite, and will always help you. Keep up the good work, its so nice to now have such a wonderful boots team on my doorstep. Thankyou very much. Debbie.

Staff are rude and disorganised. Made 3 trips to pick up a batch of medication issued on the 24th. First 2 times incomplete, 3rd time fell out-of payment certificate so staff incompetence cost be £9.35

They are also closed 1:30 to 2:30 each day but haven't bothered to update their google information.

Whenever orders do come through from doctor often takes 4-5 days to process them. Recommend Roundwell or Lloyds at longwater.

Got there just as they were locking up to collect prescription, very helpful lady got my prescription even though it was officially their closing time. This was excellent customer service. I have been in when they are extremely busy and could do with more staff but customers need to be patient .

It’s no wonder this boots store is one of the worst reviewed in the area, the customer service is appalling! After my visit today, I will not be going back in there. All staff I came across today seem to think they are better than you and looked down their nose at you and it wasn’t just me, but all the people I witnessed being “served”

Abysmal customer service from a male representative. No sensitivity whatsoever. If you are trying to attain medication for something personal, this one man alone is enough to make you want to never set foot in the chemist again. Arrogant, unapproachable, and unwillingly helpful.

Walked here a few times with my mum as she need to collect her medication but it happen to be closed each time we get here, like today we especially got off the bus but didn’t expect it to be closed with written notice. What kind of business is this?! You think you can mess around with people time, and feel like you want to open the business then closing it when you want! One last thing serving customers should BE first, not prescription (customers will end up walking out)

I turned up at boots literally at half six - closing time. I knocked on the door and a member of staff apologised and said that they were already closed and the tills had been emptied for the following day.
I told the member of staff I had rushed down last minute as we needed a thermometer for our child. Two members of staff then went into their own time and unlocked the door so that I could purchase the thermometer.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and went that extra bit further, in which I was very appreciative of.

Always helpful and polite. Understandable that in these difficult times the wait is
Longer as they under a lot of pressure. But come on they are doing the very best they can. Give them some credit for that. I do not like standing waiting anymore than than the next person but am being patient as possible.
