I never write reviews but the service was so poor I had to leave one. Pharmacist was incredibly unhelpful and couldn’t suggest a single treatment for my very common request. Avoid!

Very disappointing pharmacy they booked my appointment, I confirmed the appointment date and time by calling twice however when I went to the pharmacy in the cold weather the pharmacy wasn't even open

Terrible pharmacy wouldn't give even one star

Appalling service, the most basic of drugs such as antibiotics they have to order in, taking over a day each time. Staff are disengaged and disinterested.

the pharmacists were extremely patient with my old american parents which was very appreciated! covid tests were quick and results came very fast. Didnt get his name, (our mistake!) but we cant wait to visit london again!

Excellent service!

Excellent, personalised customer service from a local pharmacy. Efficient prescription management and good range of products.

The range of over the counter products is poor. They also made me pay for my prescription twice, not recognizing it was their own administrative error. I will never set foot in that pharmacy again. Quite a shame as it was an excellent local pharmacy under previous management.
