I was on a weeks holiday from Ireland and discovered I has forgotten my medication. Having jumped through hoops making phone calls all day on a Friday between NHS telephone #111 - my daughter in Ireland - my pharmacy in Ireland - my GP in Ireland - faxing and emailing prescriptions to Ansdale Medical Centre Cohans Pharmacy .... I couldn't get my prescription dispensed! They wanted an original prescription!! The next day, being Saturday, Cohans pharmacy was closed!! .... all my calls were in vain - I has no where to turn .... except! Tomlinsons chemist who not only sorted out my predicament,
but were exceptionally professional & helpful and restored my faith in human kindness. Thank you so much

This chemist is not only helpful but totally authentic. All original fittings. It's an absolutely beautiful shop. Takes you back in time. PLEASE DONT CHANGE!!! Staff are ready to help. Everything you need and more under one roof. I totally love this shop. It's like a time capsule with all mode cons.

I can highly recommend this chemist. My wife came on holiday without her medication and they were really helpful in getting an emergency prescription and giving her her medication. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond their call of duty. Thank you .

Good olde world shoppe

Wonderfully laid out chemist with super helpful staff, who are prepared to do that bit extra to help you out. I needed some urgent cancer drugs and they made sure I would be ok. Marvellous. I had the exact opposite experience at Boots on Clifton Street who couldn’t have been less helpful if they had tried. Avoid

Excellent staff, Alison in particular. She is very kind, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in trying to help you. She will go the extra mile, sometimes you need a kind word and a little sympathy and she instinctively knows this. Thank you, it’s much appreciated
