Always waiting for the receptionist to be free on the phone because every single time I have rang up it has been busy! They need more phones and more staff to take calls! It's a joke of a doctors

Dont answer the phone, I rang from the doorway so i could see the phone, it had an engaged tone but no one on the phone, then was told "oh we are busy" by the receptionist, the waiting room was completely empty, yet was told it would be 3 WEEKS till i could see a doctor, the doctors there dont care, they cant wait to get you out of the building...if they arent interested in the job, get another, I'm looking to move doctors, that place makes you ill

Absolutely shocking every appointment docs are running up to 45 mins behind if I was late I wouldn't get an appointment. Complaint is going in and I'm changing doctors ridiculous do not use this doctor
