The Ladies serving are great however the pharmacist was rude and felt it acceptable to chin wag to a customer for 20 minutes while I waited for my prescription to be signed off knowing I was waiting. 40 minutes to collect a prescription is disgraceful and the pharmacist's narky comments relating to me have just lost them my business .

People vote with their feet and mine won't be setting foot in there again that's for sure.

Just tried to get my prescription at 5.35 p.m. and the doors were locked with a notice stating that that if you need a prescription urgently phone the number provided, tried phoning whilst outside but gave up after 7 minutes, customers were already in the shop but nobody would open the doors, also, I'm done to be notified by text when my prescription is ready, but no text from the last three times, had to phone the doctors to see if it is ready. Maybe they are short staffed, but surely they have a duty to stick to the notified hours, cannot get there before 5.30 weekdays, so how do I get my ( much needed ) prescription.

Atrocious service! Been there twice for COVID vaccinations. Each time we were told to wait as they weren't ready. 2nd time vaccine practitioner was sitting at a desk in the back having a cuppa while we had to wait 20+ mins before we walked out in disgust. We will not go there ever again. They clearly don't value customers.

Pharmacist had NO ability to listen! Arrogant and quite obnoxious. I went across the road and got exactly what I needed. One star because I can't leave no star

Excellent pharmacy and Chemist..

Time this pharmacy got their "computer system" in order. They run out of flu vaccine but fail to tell those people who have booked in that they don't have any!
