I am disgusted with this pharmacy. I had a Prescription recently and one of my drugs LANSOPRAZOLE 30mg was missing, in its place was another box of drugs namely IRBESARTAN 300mg with a pharmacists label with lansoprazole printed on it with instructions how to take .
IRBESARTAN is a prescribed drug for the heart and high blood pressure
. I am already taking meds for blood pressure so on asking the pharmacist Thomas Werner what would have happened if I had taken this drug...his reply was" I don't know" so assuming I had taken the drug and died no one would have known what I had taken and his reply was....we would have found the box some where.. The only thing which he kept saying was the boxes are similar.....but I replied they might be similar but they are NOT THE SAME.One has one drug written on and the other has a different name on it... So if anyone is reading this letter please check your tablet very carefully..the pharmacist in this chemist couldn't care at all

Wonderful staff they really can't do enough to help. How they remember the amount of people who they see shows their dedication to their jobs they know 99% of their customers really well. I can't fault the staff or the huge variety of items they sell

The staff in the chemist are absolutely wonderful. They are always so helpful and polite.
They’re small, but there’s always a little something to buy.

Absolutely brilliant thanks a lot

The pharmacist here is my hero. I contracted Lyme disease from a tick bite. It is rare and the doctors obviously didn’t know how to treat it properly. I was given a prescription for the correct antibiotic, but for 1 week instead of 3, and at half the correct dose. The treatment they gave me is very unlikely to have cured me. There is a 2 month long saga with the doctors misdiagnosing/losing records/doing the wrong tests that I won’t bore you with but the pharmacist was amazing! When I told her it was for Lyme disease she immediately said that it was an inadequate treatment and told me to call my GP. She also called the surgery on my behalf and explained the correct treatment to the doctors! I eventually got the right treatment and a formal apology from the doctors. If Lyme disease isn’t treated promptly it can be very nasty but thank to the pharmacist I made a full recovery. I can’t thank her enough.

Given what's happening with COVID and the different rules being applied, I have found this chemist and the employees, to be 1st class. My only issue, is having to wait in the rain, but they cannot be blamed for the weather!
