The best pharmacy I have ever been to. Staff are very polite and approachable. Very quick to deal with queries , seen a massive improvement since the new staff have taken over. Well done girls! Words don’t do justice to how great you girls are working! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to !!! Bring the old staff back !!!! nobody knows what they’re doing !! The shop looks so neglected now and I certainly won’t be using them anymore !

Recently been for my flu vaccination. The new team are lovely, pharmacist made me feel reassured as i don't like needles and stayed with me until I felt okay to leave. Wasn't a problem that I was last minute booking. It is disappointing to read quite negative reviews, when I've seen a massive turn around since it has been taken over. You're doing a great job!

I can actually say I am going to formally complain about this pharmacy.
My husband collects my meds because I do not drive, the amount of times it comes back in complete is unbelievable plus talk about plastic waste, they put one box in one bag, instead of the whole order in ONE BAG.
Yesterday I spoke with my GP who diagnosed me with Labrynthitis so because of this she sent the order for my medication to Rowlands, my husband having collected my meds today came home before he went out to work and no surprise, No Meds for the diagnosis which will only help eliviate my symptoms so now, I have to wait another day until my husband can go collect them tomorrow. I have just spoken with the Surgery Receptionist and she tells me this isn't the first complaint she has taken.

EXPIRED MEDICINE!

I went there earlier today and purchased liquid cold and flu medicine. I only noticed until after I took two spoonfuls that it was expired in August 2021.

I called and was told to bring it in for an exchange. When I came back to the store, most of their shelves were cleared out.. so that’s a major red flag.

The teller’s excuse was that “we started 8 weeks ago and haven’t had time to go through everything” no idea what that means. But 8 weeks is a long time to go without checking your stock…

Staff have no manners. Un polite. One worded answers and then just shrugs. Awful pharmacy.

i would give a zero if i could 9 times out of 10 you cant get your prescription
