Best pharmacy in the area; well run and managed, lovely pleasant helpful staff and well stocked.

Small efficient pharmacy/chemist situated on corner next to bookmaker.. I went there for travel advice. (Was recommended here from rival Lloyds chemist next door to West Rd surgery) Very helpful pharmacist took me through all that I needed. No long wait, pleasant staff. Car parking in West rd. All in all excellent service...Also Open Sat am.

Why is this closed on Thursday's, Friday's and sunday? 3 days a week seems ridiculous.

Shop it's self is good, but prescription service is terrible !!! the staff do there best. they also don't answer phone calls

Went today for flu jabs for myself and husband . And could not believe the state of this chemist , it was disgusting , not a clinical/ hygienic environment you would expect to get vaccinated. The floors , walls , filthy , shelves caped in dust , the room we went into for vaccine was no better , maybe even worse , this place has not seen a cleaner for months .
This chemist has gone to pot . Prescriptions never ready even after putting in a week before ,and medicines always out of stock . And waiting time to be seen , well book a morning or afternoon off work for sure !

I called the pharmacy this morning with regards to my dad's medication and my concerns that he is taking up to 9 different medicines and he has no idea what to take and when and I was worried that he would overdose. I was helped by a lady (I think her name was Yvette, apologies if that's wrong), who went over and above to help me. This was very much appreciated, as I'm not sure where to have gone from there as his GP surgery were very unhelpful. Many thanks, great service!!

This chemist used to be very good and efficient, however so much time is lost on wasted journeys as you cannot collect any prescriptions without a pharmacist present as he does not attend every day you need to phone in advance.

Attended for Flu jab but it was cancelled, they did say they tried calling me 20 mins before appointment. Waste of time.
