Hbs Pharmacy

I have been in this pharmacy this afternoon 19/12/18 at eight staff behind the counter not one member of staff acknowledged my presence more interested in the free sweets they were getting they must not be interested in customers disgusted with the behaviour won’t be using ever again

This place is the worst, open while 10 last nite, open @ 7 this morning bs 😡

Daughter requested medication yesterday the dispenser failed to notify they did not have the other one in stock.

When my daughter asked for the prescription she was refused and was told she can't have it back.

Note: the medication was not even dispensed. These guys are deceiving vulnerable people.

She was told medication would be delivered for 8om tonight.

Rang back for an update after 25mins of constant telephone calls eventually the rude Pharmacist picked the phone up.

She got told help yourself come and collect otherwise it would be delivered tomorrow.

Couldn't give answers typical keep putting the phone down.

This is not the end of it going g to the top owners in Preston.

I am sure they will not be happy about this.

My daughter is in agony with pain and the pharmacist can't be bothered.

Always a good service but weekend opening hours are sometimes hit and miss

Need to sort out there opening times website says 9am on a sunday but its closed

terrible service.. if you get sick and die, they will never do anything to help you.. to save you.

Its Thursday the 25th November 2021 and i have been trying to contact this pharmacy for nearly half an hour now at just after 8pm at night.

What is frustrating about this is the fact the opening time states that its open till 9pm tonight.

This is simply not good enough luckily for me this is not an emergency and only in regards to a prescription that has been delivered to my home address.

Its absolutely ridiculous the standard of professionalism in a very important line of work.

Shocking in fact and if you state you are open till 9pm at night then at least one employee should remain on the premises till closing time

Will be being reported tomorrow my partners meds have been pushed thru various neighbours doors tonight I have received along my partners meds somebody meds not this st need be not fridge I tried catch delivery driver he sped off 29 calls I've tried her in touch Barbara castle way chemist each time no answer I hope this chap does not need his fridge contained meds urgent.. chemist inadequate my partners meds been shocef they any door see fit
