Not Fit for purpose, absolutely useless. I Was informed at 9.30am to pickup my mother's order after 4pm , when I arrived at 4:15pm it wasn't ready and staff really cocky. Most takeaway food establishments are run much better than this.

Ordered my 96yr old mums medicine on the Healthera app 10 days ago. Been cleared as delivered. Still not received so she is without medicine now. Should have been dealt with knowing today is a bank holiday. Definitely changing my pharmacy.

Great pharmacy. Very helpful staff especially the pharmacist Syed. Took his time to explain the important side effects of a new medication I started. He came across very polite and respectful! Excellent patient care.

Absolutely disappointed 30mins on phone waiting to speak to someone in the end went to pick up medication which should have been delivered

Poor customer service from some of the staff. Very unfriendly and clearly unhappy in the job. Not a nice experience at all.

Not so long ago you could collect your prescription from the doctors, take it to your chemist, wait & 20 minutes later, hey presto! you collect your medication! Not so now, now it seems chemists require best part of a week, and even then you get a frosty reception.
You received my prescription electronically Monday 19 December, called in yesterday Wednesday 22 December, not ready.
Called in today Thurs 23, still not ready, & to boot not a very pleasant experience (you know who you are!).
How long is it going to take?

Seems you have to pre-empt when you are going to be Ill & order your medication well in advance.
What a shambles!

Do I have to give one star? Just moved chemist today after constant issues. When I go to pick up a prescription- no pharmacist available to dispense? TWO DAYS RUNNING. What is the point of having a pharmacy when no one is qualified to dispense your medications?

I’ve asked my eldest daughter and my partner to collect a couple of times only for them to be told no such prescription exists. I call to ask what is going on, it’s magically found and they say it will be delivered due to the challenges, no delivery…..
When I go in myself, magically it’s appeared…
Multiple times I’ve gone to collect and been told there is no prescription as I’ve already collected it, when asked for them to check again, and again…. . It appears I have not collected it. Always just an insincere apology and constant issues. Doesn’t seem any point this chemist being open as this isn’t a one off, it’s constant

Do not like to give negative reviews but in this case I'm making an exception. Since starting to pick up prescriptions from here, I've have nothing but hassle, from some days having 3 trips to pick up medication being told not ready in the morning, going after lunch, being told to come back later in the afternoon, at approx 5 mile round trip each time. Then a couple of times being told there is nothing, then it being 'found'. Some of the staff lovely and apologetic but some are passive aggressive!!! They also absolutely refused to give meds in blister packs which they had done for years, leading to quite a few hiccups between carers/family administering them!! Moved to Well Pharmacy in Freckleton, where they text you when your prescription is ready. Seamless so far and he is on the 'list' for blister packs
