Really rude, patronising and incredibly unhelpful member of staff.
The Pharmacist is good but they really need to remind staff that good manners and a helpful attitude count. A smile rather than a scowl would be a bonus.
I'll be travelling that little bit extra to go to a chemist in Fleet from now on.

Good customer service

I kind of like this little pharmacy. It's close to where I live and I like to support local independent businesses. Some of the staff are great.
I do wish they would move with the times a little more though. The website doesn't seem to have been updated for about 10 years and they don't even have an answer phone.
I appreciate they are busy, but it's just rude to pick up the phone receiver and put it straight back down without even acknowledging the person calling. This happens to me regularly. I'd be happy to leave a message or drop them an email.
We're all busy and we're all still trying to avoid contracting covid. I don't want to walk or drive to the pharmacy to collect a prescription that they don't have, couldn't fill or haven't got round to. It means a return visit for me when i should be working. I could get this information over the phone.
