Well pharmacy

This Pharmacy is a joke. Been going there well over a year but I don't know why. Every month I collect my repeat prescritpion and when I go in to collect I am told to wait it's being checked. Half an hour later I am still waiting, this happens to me every time.
My recent visit I was waiting around 40 minutes then I had to ask where my prescription had to got to even though I was told it would be about 10 minutes. When they had checked it they had then told me they were out of that drug and were unable to do anything apart from a refund. I had to go to boots after waiting all that time. Never returning to that place will be changing pharmacist. Do not recommend.

I stopped using due to 4 months on the trot they messed me around. Prescription not ready saying the Doctors haven’t sent it when they clearly had. One time they misplaced it and I was in and out of Doctors trying to find it, it was under a box on their shelf. Having Military PTSD this caused me a great deal of anxiety, they are rude and often get it wrong and blame others including the patient. I changed to another and had no problems at all. Leave well alone, it’s a joke. Recently I was involved in a RTC the Dr prescribed painkillers etc at 1 o’clock I said I’ll collect their this once, guess what, it wasn’t ready at 5 o’clock when I went in, also another 4 patients told they have to come back. It’s an absolute circus of a place.

I repeatedly phone as advised, but the pharmacy just keep picking the phone up and then hanging up one me. Utterly appalling ‘service’. Disgraceful

Some of the Staff are rude ignorant and shout out across the shop your medication ..if I wanted the whole shop to know my private life I would do it myself pharmacist is always helpfull

Very rude and unhelpful staff telling a 78 patient to find a pharmacy that has a item in stock no help what do ever

Poor service- waited for my item to be in stock, then item was returned As not collected in time- despite informing them I was going on holiday and was assured it would be available to collect on return. I would have asked a friend to collect otherwise! Clearly a training need around how long items are held for. Visited twice for Stop smoking items, each visit frustrates me and makes
Me want to smoke!

Until today I thought this pharmacy had finally got its act together, but no!
I use the POD, and their delivery service, and have been doing so for some while. .
My medication did not arrive yesterday, as it should, so I rang today, only to be told it was 'on the shelf' and that I was supposed to book a delivery slot!!
Delivery slot?? First time I'd heard of this, never having to do it previously! There's nothing anywhere about a delivery slot!
So, instead of receiving everything today, Friday, I'd have to wait until Monday for the delivery! Three days with no medication!
No alternative but to ask family (living about 7 miles away) to pick up the medication and drop off to me.
No apology from Well, no explanation as to lack of 'delivery slot' information.
Terrible service. Customer satisfaction - zero!!

Staff are always friendly and courteous, the shop is well laid out with things easy to find, my only complaint is.. WHY are they closed on a Saturday ?? when people work all week they cannot always get in on a weekday to pick up prescriptions etc etc .
