They make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Had a distressing experience at this chemist the other day ..am not a stranger to them and have been using this chemist for several years without any issues. The other day I popped in and got shouted out quite rudely by one of the counter staff. I had mask on and I maintained the distancing rule but did not realize that it was only one person at a time and I apologized and left the shop and vowed never to go back again.

I know that these are distressing times for everyone but they need to take care to communicate with customers in a professional and polite manner. The reason for this is because you never know the mental state of people and should take extra care not to cause an unwanted situation.

Lucky for me, I vote with my feet and will be taking my money and custom elsewhere ..to the Wellswood pharmacy. It's small, friendly and you can see if anyone is in the shop before you enter.

Reduced my previous 5 stars to 1. We have had two incidents involving lady that kits prescriptions. Incorrect tablets issued in pill box (a mystery blue tablet), when questioned, pharmacist had no idea what they were and with no leaflets supplied with tablets I guess no one will ever know. Was then issued with correct furosamide tablets (white).
Next incident, same lady. Went to collect prescription and confronted with a strange story that she spoke to patient on phone asking if she wanted medication (that's ordered every month for several years), apparently patient said "I don't need it". Strange because patient is unable to hear due to deafness, let alone have a phone conversation. Pharmacist intervened to cover for his employee and tried to create a ridiculous smoke screen lecturing me on ordering too much medication.
Medication is the decision of patients doctor not the pharmacy as far as I'm concerned.
To cut a pointless long story short, I'm then told the medication isn't in stock (is that what all this was about, somebody hadn't ordered stock). Later on the items are delivered. Seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing here.
Needless to say a different pharmacy has been appointed. What a shame, after all these years but I just can't trust this pharmacy anymore.

The way Raj treats and speaks to customers and his own staff is absolutely disgusting, he is not there to help the community, he is there to line his own pockets and doesn't care who he has to treat like dog dirt along the way. The fact if you try and complain you are only given the option to complain to him speaks volumes about his attitude and treatment of people.
