Far too much details i would run out of space but the customer service is very poor from being told they did not stock an item and the next day finding it on the shelf for sale - being told they had not received a repeat prescription when in fact it was ready for collection- 2 visits to collect part of missing order due to order did come in as arranged but went out the same day to someone else so second visit required to collect original order.Do i need to go on
I have now stopped my nomination for my future prescription to go here and will be looking for a better service elsewhere

Very helpful and very polite. If I ever have a problem they are very helpful. Have my repeat medication sent from my doctors to the Pharmacy and then it is delivered to my door. Brilliant service. 👍👍👍

Convenient. Often have to wait a fair while - quite a queue can build up at surgery times.

Staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. They give good advice. The pharmacy also stock veterinary products.

First they don't bother sorting till you arrive, then they don't tell you half your orders missing. Absolute joke of a pharmacy. No use to anyone with any disabilities or no transport. Popping back isn't super easy. Half the shelves are empty too. Joke.

I have vital heart medication on an eight weekly basis and have now mastered the art of ordering via e mail via the adjacent doctors reception area . I am guilty of leaving the order occasionally a little late . The pharmacy team have never failed to produce my order within the pledged time scale and invariably much sooner . I am more than impressed and satisfied with their support . Thank you 👍

Never fail to have prescriptions ready quickly. Pharmacist is also very kind and helpful.
