Always very good has every thing I need

Unhelpful staff, long queues and waits, constantly advising people that drugs need ordering so stock levels inadequate. Even claim non receipt of repeat prescriptions from local medical centre. Go elsewhere if possible.

Over the past 13 years I have found the staff here to be willing to go out of their way to help. Twice a few months ago my prescriptions were missing. I did get to the bottom of it, and the sheet had not been sent over by the GP practice on both occasions. There has been some teething problems with the new merge into Granta it seems. I am confident that this will improve with time. Thank you to the staff of Boots for providing a caring professional service.

Told by GP to pick up an urgent prescription for my son after 4pm. Thought fair enough, they will be rushed. Get there at 5 to find they closed at 4. Staff still inside so i knocked and tried to explain. Rude and abrupt woman did not care about my sons condition just said we're closed come back tomorrow. If it hasnt been dispensed would have happily taken the script elsewhere. Phone engaged for 2 hours constantly before i went, and once it was ringing after i left it wasnt answered and no answerphone either. Opening hours not updated on website. Would have happily taken script or meds through the door but ignorant woman wasnt interested. Used to be pharmacy of choice. Not any more. Been going downhill for months, this is not just down to the current crisis.

Boots is a venerable and long established purveyor of medicines and healthcare products. So I use the shop mainly to pick up my doctor's prescriptions. I understand the pressures the healthcare system is under (particularly at the moment), but every month there seems to be a hiccup. No matter, I'm still alive, so ultimately it works. I can never understand why they don't sell winter footwear as the name implies though.

Queue went fast & prescription was ready.

Rude, unhelpful staff, no system, long waiting times. Pharmacist told us to 'be more organised'. Cannot recommend at all. Watched them being rude and unhelpful to a poor elderly man as well

This is a small local Boots, hence it does not have the full range of products you would find in a bigger store. However you can always order products for collection at the store. The staff I usually helpful. Repeat prescription reminders and the repeat prescriptions are sent out on time.
