Figgs is a traditional chemist with staff that are very helpful, knowledgeable all with a smile.

They make my visits enjoyable with a prompt no fuss attitude.

I would recommend them to anyone.

This Pharmacist and all of the staff are wonderful, polite and so very helpful. They're very efficient and always available for expert advice on tablets, and medicines. They go the extra mile for anybody and we shall always use their services, don't go anywhere else.

I have been using this pharmacy for nearly 24 years and have felt very happy with every visit, I also have my flu vaccination there from the lovely Jay who goes above and beyond to be so kind and helpful, the rest of the staff are also very lovely to me, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else, huge thanks Hubert figs staff for caring for me and my needs. I couldn't be without the fantastic, kind & knowledgeable help I have received from all of the team at Hubert Figg Pharmacy. The unique, one-to-one service I have experienced with Figgs is second to none.

It is not a big pharmacy, but it has those vintage wooden shelves garnished with tiny bottles, mysterious miniature boxes, essential oils, etc.
The staff there is very pleasant and helpful and the lady pharmacist in charge of the place really care about their customers and her job...
Definitely not a big branded pharmacy!

I've been using Figgs for absolutely ages and just wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are so very, very helpful and caring and nothing is ever too much trouble. They stock a great range of products including aromatherapy oils and herbal remedies as well as the traditional items you would expect to see. They have all worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic, putting in some extremely long hours and being exhausted, but this has absolutely not been in any way detrimental to the incredible service they provide.
