Local chemist that caters for the needs of the area. The Day Lewis chain also has an optician store round the corner from the chemists.
The chemist contains most of the things that you would hope to find and the staff are friendly and helpful. The chemists also offer a delivery service if you find it difficult to get to them

Very competent. They take their time only to ensure accuracy. Very personable yet professional. The interior of the shop is Spartan which lends itself to the efficiency. Won't go into details but they were very proactive to help me with some paperwork needs. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Very useful local pharmacy

Now been taken over. Some staff have gone.and it just does not feel the same place anymore. A shame, as it was a great chemists. Carol, The Pharmasist was very good, knowledgeable and caring. But she has gone, so don't think I will be going back anytime soon !

bit rude

The most disorganised pharmacy I’ve ever been to. There’s always a huge queue of customers, whilst staff members mill around at the back. Each time I have visited lately, the pharmacist is on the phone trying to sort out some mess they’ve created. The people serving behind the till do not fill you with any level of comfort that they know anything about the products - if you ask them a question they turn it right back around to you or suggest you speak to the pharmacist, who keeps you waiting for 30mins. Shocking levels of service. The staff are in need of significant up-skilling. Save your time, pop into Boots in town. Knowledgeable, helpful and fast!

This pharmacy is my local and I have always been treated so well and with respect by all staff members. Sadly, the same cannot be said of all customers. I have seen many rude customers complaining about things completely outside of the control of the pharmacy. Even if you feel ill, there is no excuse for rudeness. The team work so hard and deserve praise for working to help our community. I am 100% happy with the service provided. Thankyou team!

Was expecting my quarterly pricecriptions to be home delivered today , called the pharmacy yesterday and my husband requested them to home deliver to which a gentleman who answered the phone agreed to send today as a new dosage has been prescribed for me which I don't have, but to my surprise a delivery being made to my building but not to me and the reason being given was they are experiencing fuel crisis and cannot be done, told me to send my husband to collect as he goes there normally to collect inspite of the distance of walking a 90minutes up and down, we both are seniors, but past few day's weather conditions are not good, having seen them deliver so many times around my area, hence asked them whether ours could be home delivered to which the person agreed too. The lady who answered my phone today not only seems illogical with her attitude-medicines are delivered to my building then why can't bring mine too and I did make that request well in advance not a spur of the moment request, also if they can't deliver then why agree at all. If we have to go there and collect we could have done yesterday itself and I don't have to go without my medication today for their inefficient attitude. Not at all happy with the lady who answered my phone today.
