Staff are very nice and efficient. The trouble with there only 3 allowed in the store is you can't actually see from the door how many in the store so more people go in.

Boots; for gods sake can you please train your staff in customer service?? Really it’s just not that hard to talk to customers with respect, especially when the error is your own fault - specifically the young woman with glasses.
3 weeks ago she amended my prescription to 3 weeks instead of 4, because she incorrectly told me I had a months worth, when I only had 21 tablets. Come to today, I have received no text (you have stopped texting me for some reason???) and I see the same woman who says it’s not due until the 24th. I mention to her that I watched her change it to the 17th last month and that it was her I spoke to. She just says “well it’s not on the system”…… errrr isn’t it YOUR JOB TO DO THAT? For Christ sake can we not prioritise doing things properly and well especially when you’re dealing with people’s health? Never mind that an apology for getting it wrong would have gone a long way (this woman seemed to think she was well above admitting that a mistake had happened)
It is really that bloody difficult to train your staff to update the system and to actually do a good job? Why do I need to have kittens each month because your staff have attitude issues and can’t write out dates? Seriously, sort out your staff, your system, your management, the lot. Get your act together, start treating your customers with respect and maybe think about the quality of service you are supposed to be providing, which includes not treating your patients like a massive inconvenience to your life.

Collected an order in this store. Staff were friendly and helpful abd my order had arrived in good time.

Very good service from Boots, the gentleman at the Pharmacy counter is extremely helpful and kind. Had tried 3 pharmacies for my antibiotics and Boots were the only ones to help. Thank you!

This Boots is diabolical and should be avoided at all cost for prescriptions. Shocking service, long queues, the staff seem completely disorganised and unapologetic, stuff everywhere, dishing out prescriptions that are WRONG, long wait times, staff forgetting you're even waiting, never answer the phone... I can appreciate times are hard, but the service is unacceptable and needs addressing URGENTLY as it's failing the local community. I've seen old people and those on pain relief prescriptions stressed and crying because this place has got their prescription wrong and they've run out of pills and that's all after queuing for 20 minutes having made the trip into town because they've not been able to check over the phone. It really needs sorting out before they make a serious mistake.

Great little chemist shop with friendly staff. Unfortunately though I have had to phone up 5 times in the past 12 months because they have got my prescriptions wrong. They take an age to answer the phone too.

Really disappointing service, they close for an hour during the day and I still had to wait almost half an hour for a prescription heavily pregnant despite calling 2 hours prior. Wouldn’t recommend their service as a pharmacy if you’re unwell and need urgent assistance.

Literally the best customer service anyone could ask for, the gentleman who helped me throughout several phone calls was kind calm and incredibly helpful. Honestly one of the most validating and supportive staff members I’ve interacted with in any field.
