Dropped in here due to all the issues with Lloyds in Ash. I also gave up waiting at Boots at Farnborough Gate before trying here... The North Camp Pharmacy was small, but quiet and had everything we needed. Service with a smile too.

*UPDATED* Useless. No one seems to be fully trained. No ones seems to know what they are doing. Staff are also incredibly rude and obnoxious
*RESPONSE* - No one was physically abused and to suggest they were is absaloutly disgusting!!! How on earth could someone be physically abused on the phone??
In addition, no one was verbally abused either. Its utterly shameful to make such an accusation.
It's clear from the lies you provided myself and my husband this morning, trying to blame another pharmacy for your incompetence, is typical behaviour for yourselves.
Train your staff and stop being rude to customers. Thank you

*UPDATED* The worst pharmacy I've come across. Staff are rude and untrained. They are never in stock and they've messed up a prescription for chronic pain which left me unable to do anything for 24hours because of their failures. Slopey shoulders doesn't seem to explain it. They eventually released my prescription, without informing me which caused even more issues. Useless. Never stepping foot in there ever again *UPDATE - As you can see from their response, proof of their slopey shoulders. The facts are - I'd gone into NC pharmacy to collect my prescription. They managed to pull up the prescription to process it, only to find that it wasn't in stock. I therefore said, "never-mind - i'll get it from another pharmacy" and left. However, they failed to RELEASE my prescription...despite my clear intention to get it elsewhere, and I therefore couldn't pick it up anywhere else. TWO pharmacies confirmed this. One (which they are blaming), and another which is inside a supermarket.. Both of them told me the same thing, that the prescription is sitting at North Camp pharmacy and they can't therefore access it.
My husband then went to retrieve my prescription the next day, from North Camp (since I was in too much pain to go myself). And they told him they don't have it, that it's not been released from *the pharmacy they are speaking about and trying to blame in their comment*. When as a matter of fact, I then called said pharmacy (that they are trying to blame) to try and make sense of the situation and I spoke to a wonderfully friendly woman who was very helpful. She recalled me from yesterday and would be happy to try help me get to the bottom of it. It then appeared that AFTER my husband attempted to collect my prescription in the morning (and they told him they don't have it), only then did they send it to this pharmacy they are blaming. So, to sum up - incompetent, liars, unhelpful, unprofessional, rude, slopey shoulders. I've only continued to go there because they are conveniently located HOWEVER, I've witnessed them on countless occasions be rude to customers and delivery men, for no reason. I'd rather go out of my way, for good service, then step foot in North Camp pharmacy ever again.

What is wrong with this chemist?? I just called from a community pharmacy to ask for a prescription to be returned to the spine as the patient was waiting. I was kept on hold and the staff member (female) was very incompetent. I told her the patient was waiting and she said 'couldn't you tell them to ask their GP to send a new prescription?' I said 'No, because they already issued one to you. All you have to do is return it. Plus it's a controlled drug, they wouldn't be able to do that anyway'
She kept me on hold again and then hung up without returning the prescription. I called again straight away and they didn't answer the phone. This was around 17:50 on Tuesday 22nd November 2022. Useless pharmacy who's putting patient's medication at risk!

They helped me when I was in need today. Would have had to wait 24 hours for some medication I’d run out of but I wasn’t coping well without it and the kind lady behind the counter turned it around for me in 15 mins despite them being incredibly busy. I am so grateful.

Lovely little pharmacy ( looking forward to seeing the end result of recent work they’ve been having done).
Definitely a godsend during the pandemic for me and ever since.

After recently giving this pharmacy a good review and the pharmacy is still good but I have to add that they will not take cash money, other pharmacies take money. Why have a cash till if you won't the money. Covid on money and coins is very low yet you still won't except cash.
I only wanted a nasal stick for 2.80 but couldn't buy it because all I had was cash. Other customers offered to pay for it with a card but I said no. Its ridiculous in the fact other pharmacies will take cash.

The gentleman I spoke to one the phone was very polite and helpful when I called to check stock of a teething product. After confirming the product was in stock I made the 45minute walk with my teething baby - due to no petrol because of the current chaotic situation! When I arrived it was rudely demanded by the lady on the till that I put on a mask, luckily I had a used one in the bottom of my bag! When I requested what I needed I then began being questioned by her which then resulted in the gentleman I had previously spoken to advising her what it was I needed and pointed out that he had put it to one side ready for us, happy days!! I proceeded to get the cash out of my purse only to be told that they won’t take cash and to go home and come back with a bank card! I explained the situation and I had called to check stock before setting off as I had no fuel and it was a long walk with an unhappy teether in tow. I was told they would not take cash and then met with silence. So off I went with another long walk ahead of me to get home with a very unhappy teether for company! To summarise- I would give 0 stars if possible!!! It seems some staff are riding on the back of covid as an excuse to be rude when requesting a mask be worn (no longer mandatory so no right to demand but I cooperated, even though exempt, as needed the medicine for my child!) and not take cash, to not even make an exception when it is all a parent has when it is for medicine for a baby is absolutely disgusting! This is my local pharmacy but unfortunately I will not be returning out of principal and being put in the embarrassing situation of not being able to purchase medicine for my child!
