Very rude staff. I have been in hospital, so did the responsibile thing and let the chemist know, so as not to have a wasted journey. I called this morning to ask for the delivery, which is my only source of nourishment. And all she could tell me was a bag was due. I asked if she could confirm that my drinks would arrive.? Her reply was No! Wow.... I have not eaten solid food for about a year. To be treat like this is barbaric. Shame on her!
I had to ring back as she very rudely put the phone down. She said they would be delivered today.
I will remove myself from your list.
Such a shame, the delivery guys are amazing. Its a pity their employers don't meet the same level of professionalism and care.
The management are not interested either, as I've raised it before. He is just as rude.

8 hrs later, after she said they would be delivered today I still do not have my medication or food. My only food intake comes from the doctors. I am unable to eat many solid food when I'm poorly. I've just been in hospital after vomiting again. And you have now left me another whole day without food.

After many previous occasions, once being left for 5 days with no nourishment. If you where not going to deliver then you should have informed me if that so I could source another way of getting my medication.
You will not receive anymore medication requests from me as I have already registered at another pharmacy, who have never failed me. I have also informed my GP.

Please deliver my food before I need to be taken back into hospital because you failed to do your duty of care and lied to me. Leaving me without food today.

Sadly I have to give a negative review after trying my best to wait and see the services improved. They cannot find the meds even if you cite the box number and tell them the name and spell it out 3 times. I usually wait for about 20 min and the search is often unsuccessful. I wonder if they realise that their system is not working or/and the staff hasn't got a clue of what they are doing. If they say they are delivering it, 9 out of 10 they don't and you need to call again and again.

Only pharmacy that could offer my sons special baby formula . When it eventually had a supplier issue they emailed the dr and were extremely helpful in changing the milk .
The lady in the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful even after my 5th visit !! Thank you Goldchem x

Very helpful,arrived thinking they were still doing walk in vaccines,with my 91 year old mum.They weren't but they still vaccinated her,and me .went out of their way to help.thank you.

Brilliant Pharmacy. I’ve had lots of good experiences with them but Tanya was incredibly helpful today in helping me get the right medication the afternoon before the New Year bank holiday. Much appreciated!!
