A very busy pharmacy that serves 2 large GP surgeries in the area. I use this pharmacy often for repeat medication and they are always very friendly and helpful. If something has gone wrong with my repeat prescription, they try their best to sort it out quickly and efficiently for me and are always kind about it. Had to go and get meds today and we all queued outside 2 meters apart while staff came out and took details ready to fill our prescriptions for us all with as little fuss as possible. They always go above and beyond. Thank you to you all.

After seeing all the bad reviews I thought it was only right to share my experience. Went to the pharmacy at 8:30 on a Monday morning to ask the pharmacist for some advice. Yes there was a bit of a queue but I was seen, given advice, purchased product and out the shop within 15 mins, which I think is totally acceptable.

Do you like missing and delayed prescriptions? Going weeks and months without your prescribed medication? Visiting the chemist twice a week just to see if your meds are in yet? How about being told you'll never get them because it's been more than 28 days since they were ordered and the slip expired, even though it was never your fault they couldn't deliver them to you?

if you are the type of person to enjoy the above, look no further! This Lloyds pharmacy will do their absolute best to satisfy you, AND tell you off for being disappointed and desperate after 2 months of struggling to get your MEDICATION.

Truly a haven for masochists.

Queuing for a prescription queue out the door. Pharmacy short staffed.ifeel for them atthe same time my little needs his prescription. Employ more ppl and pay more please. (The wages are shocking)

I know how busy this chemist gets and the counter staff do there best ,but the service I received from the pharmacy was really rude ,the man one there on the 22 9 22 I went in after yesterday going in to be told my meds wasn't there went into Dr said it was sent in thought I give the chemist another day so when I went there today I had to wait 40 mins then the pharmacy to say I owe me some I asked what meds ,he replied you have enough till Monday owe me 103 naproxen he never said sorry Iam so disappointed has I now have to go down the chemist for the third time today I missed my bus home because I waited so long and struggled to walk home I have psoriatic arthritis and osteoaritis and thing the service he gave me was poor

Lloyds chemist in woolston staff is very rude I would not recommend using this pharmacy again I been going there 3 years and there still no change 😢😢😢

This chemist is an absolute disgrace! Always a week or weeks behind with prescriptions- staff can be rude and moan they are busy- that’s of no concern to patients that desperately need their life saving medications.
Last straw was when they were shut due to ‘technical’ reasons again. Went straight over to the doctors surgery and got repeat prescriptions changed to dispense at Boots- who are way superior, professional and quick!

Possibly the worst pharmacy in the south . Staff are rude,slow, disorganised and inefficient. They can barely look at you in the eye and unapologetic. I know they’ve lost staff recently but that doesn’t mean they should forget customer service
