My mother is 78 and is being treated for cancer,she has her medication delivered by a lovely man,when she opened the bag someone else's medication had been added!!she trapsed down to the chemist in the snow to return it with no apology are any thanks!!!this is the second time she has had trouble with this chemist!!!

Won't be using this pharmacy again. It is one thing to give advice but it's a completely different thing to be rude and condescending. I recommend a change in approach to the way customers are spoken to.
My mother has also had a similar experience here too.

I use Peel St Pharmacy every week to collect my prescription. The staff are always verry polite and always have my medication ready to collect. Its in a good location with parking just outside. Highly recommended.

Unnecessarily awkward and unhelpful. Arrived early at 4.15 to my 4:30 booster appointment and got told my appointment would be cancelled as it's over 50's who are priortised. I could understand this if the pharmacy was busy but there was only me in there. I explained I required it to travel but got told I'd had plenty of time and wasn't their problem, before being asked for my name to "scratch off the list". Fortunately Bury town Hall were much more accommodating at the walk in. Not the best look for a local community pharmacy.

Partner went in for his PRE-BOOKED appointment, which means you had a vaccine for him. The worker he has encountered was rude and dismissive and told him he couldn't have it because they are only focusing on over 50's right now. And then told him he has had a year to get his booster, he should have got it then. She didn't/ doesnt know his circumstances. Think you need to train your staff on how to speak to the public. And why let someone book a booster online and then not give it to them? He has to enter his DOB online so you knew his age. No wonder the numbers of people wanting it are dropping when they get treated poorly by the staff.
Now there is a vaccine going to waste because your staff member didn't give my partner the time of day and told him to leave.

Just had the latest Covid jab at Peel Street Pharmacy. All the staff were very pleasant, and the process well organized, and there were no problems with the jab. Great service. Thank you

Very unprofessional staff. My mother came in for the covid jab and was given a lot of attitude by one of the girls there. My mother was hurt by the way she was treated. Very unprofessional 😢
