Shame it changed hands, very rude abrupt woman behind the counter now.Short of one item in my prescription "Not our fault speak to the doctor. we cannot get it" There has never been a problem before

Five Star service and very polite staff at counter. Needed medication and decided to pay rather than go through the laborious route of trying to get my doctor to authorize prescription.

Spoke to pharmacist and recieved excellent support. Had to phone after reading the leaflet that came with the medication and received rapid, clear and very reassuring guidance. Many thanks.

Incompetent - you have to check they’ve got your prescription before going to collect. Used to be very good but gone downhill.

They were incredibly helpful when I needed 7 days extra pills. They contacted my home surgery (Essex) and got an emergency prescription. Very pleasant ladies indeed.

Rude obnoxious new staff members .Worst chemist I have ever used .They should employ staff with proper training instead of staff who insult and upset there customers when they have no idea what there doing istead of a bunch of unemotional cretins .
