Inefficient. Despite a queue of patients and three staff working, they see one customer only at a time. They see the customer, make up their prescription before seeing the next customer. It's a very strange and inefficient way to work. I'd avoid and have prescriptions sent elsewhere.

Can you please update your opening hours so that people (me) don’t waste time travelling to you between 1300-1400! Very annoying
