I was given a generic drug even though it had Branded one on. I questioned the drug and was assured that it was the Branded one. I went down hill very quickly so looked into this drug and had it confirmed by both the branded and the suppliers of the generitic that it is generic! Dr also confirmed. Yes it is up to pharmacy to give out branded but don't lie. I feel so bad I wanted to hand in my notice at work. Never going back there again. Dangerous giving out unsuitable meds passing them off as Branded

Was rudily spoken to infront of my children by the pharmacist apparantly he is new and obviously not very good at his job will be taking this further!!

Rude and presumptuous staff. Used this pharmacy quite often as they stock a specific antihistamine in the quantities I need for my horse who suffers from Sweet Itch - as they were cheaper than the vets. Staff seemed Ok initially, however on last visit, the woman over the counter rolled her eyes, tutted and reluctantly gave me them. On a visit today to purchase something for a colleague - before I’d even opened my mouth to ask - Plain Jane behind the counter started with her “we can’t serve you - you’re not having them” rhetoric. I can only surmise lording antihistamines over customers must add an element of fun to her otherwise dull day. Dated pharmacy with rude staff. Go to Boots or Cohens instead.
