Cowplain Pharmacy

Pretty bloody good.... I went in with a prescription, (which ALWAYS needs ordering in as it's not a common drug..)
I used to be with Asda Pharmacy because the opening hours fitted me... And even though they always needed my meds ordered in as well, it took days for it to come....
However, I go to this place for the first time, and even though they said it needed ordering in.... It was already there by the next day.
The service is amazing, everyone is super friendly, it's right next to my surgery, and the opening hours are perfect for me (being that I work till 6:30 and many other chemists are closed by then!) The products are a little pricier... but they're good quality. Couldn't fault it, really.

Cowplain Pharmacy staff on London Road is-one of the most responsible, respectfully and helpful places I ever met.
I allways find solutions for my prescription.

I ve seen people during my visits to Gp in past years , elderly people in tears in front of their Gp receptionsts quering for their medication, as their requested medication is not been sent , not been prescribed on time by their Gp or whole Gp system is not right , having a lot of delays and issues , people whom been left without medication for days / weeks, and similar things happened to me. I have always advise them to go ask for help next door to the Cowplain Pharmacy for help , they will always find a solution there. Cowplain Pharmacy always been helpful , I always got my medication on time and the process is soo simple , smooth and fast. No headache no tears no worries. I just go there and they know already what help I need . They have always been respectful and responsible with peoples medication, always willing to help and I feel very welcomed and confident to visit them.
They had a very nice approach, respect and consideration for my mother whom does not speak English but went there to take her prescription. Thank you for this!

Switched to here after my nominated pharmacy closed. Visited today for the first time. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Lovely experience :)

Staff here serve people who come in shouting and jump the queue, rather than helping customers who have been queuing patiently. Then waste time trying to justify themselves to the queuing customers. The parking is always full.

Every single time I've come in here without fail theyve either misplaced my slip, dont have my prescription in stock or have some other spurious excuse for why they can't serve me. I'm changing my pharmacy and recommending the same for everyone else I know that uses this one.

I have been using this pharmacy for 3 years now since I moved to cowplain and they are always superb! A quick phonecall to request repeat prescriptions and with 2-3 days I receive a text to say its ready. I recently had to leave a voicemail with my request as the phone was busy and again, 2 days later it was ready.
I was using a pharmacy in Portsmouth for years and I had to call ahead to check they had processed my request and even if they said they'd have it ready they never did! I sometimes used to wait for an hour in store before it was ready! It's so refreshing to have flawless service and the staff are lovely.

Aus it's 24hrs but I'd never open later... Poor service from some of the staff as well.
