My monthly prescriptions are there and they offer a text service should you have a repeat prescription. All staff are professional and as helpful as they can be.
The pharmacist is very good too. He is available to ask any questions about medications/medical conditions he can.
On the whole, a good smallish pharmacy, with disabled parking nearby.

Small chemist with a limited range of toiletries, cosmetics, vitamins & pharmacy plus other items, nice helpful staff to serve or assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your medication or anything else.

Ring to confirm collection. Was asked to come last minute. To find the lady very rude could hear her speaking to her colleagues and it was not very nice. Was made to feel uncomfortable will not use boots on line doctor to collect at this store again . And the lady is still moaning . While I am sitting here

I joined Boots approx 3 years ago. At first they were good. Now, some year and a half it is nearly always problems. I was picking up NOMAD every 4 weeks. When Lockdown started, I was asked if it would be okay if they give me my medication in original boxes. I agreed. Nearly every time I pick up my meds, it is some kind of problem - missing some meds or not at all. I was told to call surgery as they have not sent prescription. When I called surgery, I was told that meds had not been requested. I had been sent from pharmacy to surgery and back. I was originally picking up meds every 4 weeks, now for a long time I have to pick up nearly every week item by item as all meds are not ready. Once I was left for 1 and a half day without painkillers. It was awful. Now I order in person my meds on 19 June’21. Order was taken by manager. I was told that they will be ready on 26 June’21. When I came to pick up my meds, I was told that there is no meds for me. I had to pick up 3 items including painkillers. I was told to call Surgery on Monday . I am working during weekdays, that’s why I pick up meds on Saturdays. Question is why I have to chase my meds? Then I was told to call 111 and they will tell me where I can pick up my meds on Sunday.I broke down in tears and went out of pharmacy. Outside pharmacy, I called 111 as I was told to do. They listened to me, told me that will sort out meds for me. They called me back 3 times on Saturday 26 June’21. I learned that pharmacy had not ordered meds. I also went on surgery’s service on line and found that no orders for meds had been placed specifically for painkillers since 24 May’21. Today is Sunday 27 June’21 and I am still waiting for phone call. I have to g to work tomorrow morning, no painkillers from tomorrow morning. I need them as I have several pain related physical problems. At this point, seems that I will not get painkillers and I don’t know when I will get them. It means that from tomorrow morning I will have to double on Paracetamol: 4 tablets 4 times a day to try to replace my original prescribed painkillers.
I have never written complaint before, but I have come to end of begging for help. No care, no compassion for clients. This ongoing attitude has really saddened me and broken my confidence.
