So busy and clearly understaffed 😩

Best chemist and pharmacy I've ever been to...always efficient, polite and prescriptions always ready.

Just been to pick up my sons prescription only to be told it wasn't ready........not a problem. When is best to come back and pick up the prescription? I ask. "Well it is penicillin in liquid form and you need to be here to collect it immediately once the prescription is processed as it needs to be refrigerated" she answers (rather aggressively!) I respond that this is not an issue and again I ask what time shall I come to collect the prescription to which the woman responds "well I can't give you an exact time, come back in twenty minutes but it won't be ready then I might be able to get it started" . In what world is this logical or reasonable customer service. Aside from the rude manner in which this individual spoke, how is it possible for anyone to access a prescription under these terms and conditions. Outrageous customer service.

Staff can be rude sometimes and slow in their job

Staff are friendly and helpful, if they've not got it in stock then they order it in for you. Great service

Very rude staff, disgusting

Better pharmacies in the area. Some of the staff are extremely rude. Poor treatment from two staff on Saturday never experienced elsewhere. Please avoid unless you want to be treated like a nobody rather than a customer.
